As with any mechanical item your gates should receive some routine maintenance to ensure it performs constantly and reliable throughout its service life.

The servicing schedule will depend on use and below is the recommended service periods.

Less than 16 open/close cycles per hour
Residential property - Every 12 months
Commercial Property - Every 6 months

More than 16 open/close cycles per hour
Residential property - Every 6 months
Commercial Property - Every 3 months

Should further assistance be required and a more in-depth investigation necessary, then a field-based engineer can be deployed to your location.

In this case a breakdown callout service charge will apply (30 mins. diagnosis included) thereafter additional costs for repair, parts, travel & labour may apply.
